Western Reserve Community Development Corporation (a non-profit agency) is looking to add to our preferred contractors list for the Lake County Housing Rehabilitation Program. General Contractors that build and renovate homes are needed. Minority, Female and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (M/F/DBE) are encouraged to apply.
Must be licensed, bonded, lead certified, carry liability insurance & worker's compensation coverage.
