Interim HR Manager

As the Interim HR Manager you will be responsible for provide Operational and Strategic HR leadership for two Supply Chain facilities in the Midlands. There is a specific objective to focus on Industrial relations within unionised sites with a view to modernising and developing a positive environment for management and trade union collaboration.

As an interim professional you will need to integrate into the new business quickly in order to provide operational HR management of 2 locations in the Midlands, consisting of approx. 100 white collar and 300 blue collar staff. Ensuring compliance to policy, process and best practise whilst coaching and educating line managers to become more self-sufficient.

Strategic workforce planning and organisational development to support challenging business plans and operational targets, supporting the site teams to deliver but also ownership of HR programmes that would require drive, leadership and outcome based thinking.
