GCS Recruitment is currently looking for an estimator to join a well-established carpentry and joinery specialist. My client undertake projects within New Build and Refurbishment of existing buildings in the Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Retail and Health sectors.
The candidate must have a proven track record with either contractors or sub-contractors and will aspire to work on tenders up to the value of £3-4 million. The candidate must be a team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and a strong attention to detail, candidates should also:
* Be able to price from first principles ie labour, plant and materials
* Be able to record, measure and take off from tender drawings
* Have experience of using Microsoft IT Packages In return for your commitment you will receive an excellent pay rate.
