An French Speaking, 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst, with excellent experience in a 2nd line desktop support capacity, is required for a 12 month contract based in Brussels, Belgium.

2nd Line Support Analyst will be working on the client site in the IT support team and providing 2nd line desktop support for incidents and issues reported by the users. The Desktop Support Analyst will be ensuring the availability of the equipment, software and systems using monitoring tools, configure applications and systems to suit user's needs and support local projects. The successful candidate will also get involved in supporting mobile devices including Blackberry and iPhones.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent 2nd line support experience
- Excellent desktop support experience
- Strong Systems Admin experience for Servers and workstations (Unix, Linux, Windows)
- Strong experience of using an IT call logging systems
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 7/XP and Office related application
- Knowledge of mobile devices, in particular Blackberry & iPhones
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team
- Fluent in both Italian & English

NOTE - as this position is working in Brussels, Belgium and in a French speaking environment, the successful candidate must be able to speak fluently in French and English.

This position is looking to start ASAP and will be paying from £/day (Limited/Umbrella Company)
