I have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Director to work for a large Life & Pensions organisation based in Surrey.
Marketing Director
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Surrey
Rate: £Negotiable
Skills & Experience:
*Excellent marketing skills and experience in regulated retail financial services with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns, product/service launches.
*Direct customer engagement and direct sales expertise especially through digital channels.
*E-commerce and e-service experience.
*Knowledge of customers and how to gain valuable insights into customer behaviour.
*Experience and track record in dealing with a wide range of distributors and intermediaries.
*Knowledge of the conduct risk environment, product risk environment and how to communicate with customers without this becoming advice/personal recommendation.
*Inspirational leadership of direct team and wider team.
*Engagement and management with Key internal and external stakeholders with experience in PR and lobbying.
