CMMS Specialist required to join a global pharmaceutical company located in Dublin. The Maximo Systems Specialist will be responsible for data administration of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and related reporting. General duties include system configuration, records maintenance for system users, assets, work order scheduling, system/data integrity and auditing.

Duties :
Maximo is a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Maximo Systems specialist is responsible for:
* Overseeing proper system use and configuration to meet objectives.
* Co-ordinating and updating User IDs and Security Profiles.
* Providing new user training, advanced user training and new feature training to the users as required.
* Supporting the users with password resets, security changes, general questions and other systems support requests.
* Administering assets and related maintenance schedules changes, updates and configurations.
* Ensuring integrity of asset data
* Serve as primary contact co-ordinating data synchronization as well as issue resolution
* Responsible for production of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and adhoc reports
* Explore options to satisfy new business needs within the capabilities of existing systems; configure, document and implement solutions.
* Responsible for system and user process documentation; developing new documentation as required and updates to existing documentation.
* Serve as the single point of contact to the users for all systems related questions, support issues, and requirements.
* Perform other functions as requested such as development of metrics, liaising with engineering projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Substantial experience with Maximo or other similar CMMS systems
* Ability to diagnose and correct issues with system and hardware.
* Able to understand and implement new technologies
* Degree qualified candidate preferred
* Prior experience within a GMP maintenance environment preferable
* Above average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office suite
* Possess strong written, verbal and people skills
* Ability to maintain professionalism at all times and under stressful situations
* Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
* Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
* Strong organisation skills and collaborative style needed
