Your tasks:
- Gathering the user requirements for the HPSM tool
- Validating the final requirements
- Communicating with both business and IT stakeholders
- Ensuring the solutions are designed, implemented and tested
- Creating user training materials and supporting the users within the training
Your qualifications
- Previous ITSM experience
- ITIL certification
- Experience in request, configuration and change management
- Previous experience in requirements management and testing
- Previous experience in HPSM or any other IT service management tool
- Excellent English skills
- Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
