Are you looking for a new challenge working in the heart of London? Would you like the opportunity to work alongside international broadcasting organisations?

Our client is urgently seeking a Support Manager who has the ability to become a central pillar within their organisation.

If you are tenacious, have a strong eye for detail and are thorough and organised in all of the work you carry out then this could be the role for you!

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across the company managing all aspects of the support team. Your responsibilities will include:

- The management of Level 1/2/3 resources to implement the companies

chosen incident and problem management policies / frameworks.

- Analysis of support issues with support resources where complex or

required to enable progression of issues through to closure.

- Write technical diagnosis, resolution and client responses in a

concise, accurate, diplomatic and courteous manner.

- Keep close track of Support levels across products & clients to

ensure Support resources are focused and prioritised sensibly.

- Run daily internal Support Triage meetings.

- Report on Support Levels across products and clients on a routine

basis.

- Build and maintain a high performing support team keeping the level

of incidents and problems low.

- Review the process and put forward recommendations to improve

efficiency and productivity within the Support team where required.

-Escalate high priority issues.

Candidates who have previously worked in a support environment/have a technical background will be highly favoured. This is also a hands on management position - a strong willingness to be part of a team is essential.

- Ability to react instinctively to problems efficiently

- Great people management skills

- Strong communication skills

- Team player
