The Requirement
We have an immediate requirement to join FinXL and provide Consulting Services, to our large Sydney based client.
The position will suit someone who is delivery focused that likes to work in a collaborative team environment and drive the success of an organisation. As a Senior Java Developer you will be working in a team in online portal space and you will be responsible for writing the software code and do the system integrations in order to deliver prioritised goals.

Required skills, knowledge & experience:
- 8+ years experience in core Java Development
- Extensive experience in Agile methodology
- Extensive experience in Spring and Hibernate frameworks
- Experience in TDD (test driven development)
- Solid understanding of Paired Programming
- Experience with Oracle database, Continuous Integration
- Strong understanding of writing unit tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests
- Excellent communication and presentations skills
- Previous work in Telco is an advantage
