Our client, one of the largest multinational telecommunication organization located in Melbourne is looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts who can deliver and manage the requirements definition and documentations through the use of traceable, quality, processes and tools. Working with one of the most dynamic IT and T environments in the country, this position is a Senior Business
Analyst role where you will must have:
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the IT industry
- Demonstrated ability to serve as the liaison between business users and solution delivery staff
- Demonstrated conceptual and hands-on experience in meeting Service Desk business needs/requirements
- Experience with Service Now and Remedy platforms
- Excellent business communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of modern implementation methodologies such as Scrum
- Ability to work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate business and technical solutions
- Experience providing detailed, high quality documentation
- Experience with developing business relationships
- Experience in Quality Assurance activities and required unit, system and integration testing is an asset
