Change Manager - Retail Banking/Brach Networks - CBD Location - Project Based Work
Our client is major Financial Services & Banking organisation and currently there is an opportunity for an experienced mid level Change Manager to join their team.
Scope Definition and Management:
Assess the prevailing environment, scope and define the change to ensure outcomes and expected change benefits are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned to the overall project/initiative.
Change Management:
Develop and manage the change plan to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget.
Delivery:
Deliver change in-line with the Change Management Framework and the Project Execution Framework and Methodology, as applicable.
Stakeholder Management:
Develop and manage stakeholder communications and engagement including definition of roles and responsibilities as they relate to the change; ensure they remain engaged and committed throughout the change.
Change Readiness:
Ensure stakeholders are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.Requirements:
3-5 years experience in scoping and managing the change management aspects of a large scale project.
Proven Involvement in Projects in the Financial Services industry Retail Banking and Branch Networks
Experience in analysing and managing stakeholders
Experience in scoping and managing internal and external communications
Tertiary degree or equivalent
Education in Change Management discipline (eg Postgraduate certificate in Change Management, PROSCI)
Remuneration will be based on experience but typically paying $ per day.
