Recruitment Administrator - IT Interim & BAU Posts
Job Purpose
Take ownership of recruitment processes for IT vacancies for interims and BAU posts
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with CIO managers to identify BAU vacancies
- Liaise with HR and Finance to identify PI numbers and raise ASCs
- Work with DRG to process recruitments; communicate status to hiring manager
- Facilitate interview sessions
- Complete paperwork post interviews
- Work with IT Modernisation Programme Director and other PMs to identify programme vacancies and PI numbers

- Maintain current, accurate records of recruitment status for BAU and programme posts
