Practicus are partnering with a global client to lead their search for an interim Payroll Change Lead to support with their outsourcing project.
You will be working closely with the transformation team as well as managing and overseeing the BAU payroll operation and being the interface between the current outsourced provider and the business.
Our client is in the early stages of negotiation and due diligence with a new provider.
There are also a number of different payrolls and over 20,000 employees and part of your role will be to suggest efficiencies with processes as well as consolidating a number of payrolls. They use SAP for payroll and HR so it is important that you have experience with this system from a change management and BAU perspective.
As well as managing the change and transition of the outsourcing project you will be heavily involved in the BAU aspects so a strong understanding of how a payroll is managed and processed is essential.
It is also important that you are a strong change and project manager as well as an experienced payroll professional and SAP user.
