Description
My client is a leading Asset Manager based in Canary Wharf who is looking for an on-boarding client service analyst to join a rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities will include:
-To answer client and consultant queries accurately and in a timely manner managing expectations actively as appropriate.
-To facilitate as appropriate due diligence questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner.
-To facilitate the on-boarding of clients in conjunction with the New Business Analyst and Implementation Coordinator
-To ensure each new change event is fully implemented across the various platforms to ensure a smooth transition into the Client Service department.
-To lease with the Client relationship Management team on all issues or client requests as appropriate
-To ensure detailed and timely updates are given in respect of reports and any pertinent delays
-To work on ad hoc projects as and when required
-To ensure metrics are kept up to date and accurate
-Maintain a Best practice approach
Essential experience:
-KYC knowledge
-On-boarding experience
-Previous exposure to client facing roles
