- Problem resolution, analytical and project management skills are Required
- Participation in customer visits for trainings and operational support
- Computer skills in Mainframe and Microsoft Office
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Experience in Bank and/or Finance sector is Required ! To be retained as potential Senior Customer Specialist you need 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
