SFR Benchmark activity: drive-tests post-processing, reverse engineering
Actix tool management: updates, training, reports/templates management
Required skills :
RF optimization
GSM, UMTS, LTE expertise
Actix, Nemo, XCAL tools
Technical competence:
Sound Huawei/NSN 3G/2G experience.
GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences
Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools:SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management datamining tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
Swap experience is a plus.
Relationship competence
Autonomous, dynamic, opening mind
Directed satisfaction customer, autonomous, force of proposal and to show synthesis
Excellent internal and external communication
Linguistic capabilities:
French - English
