He/she is a technical analyst and developer for ISIS.
His/her primary responsibilities are to:
- Maintain and improvement of existing and new ISIS functionalities.
- Support to the key users responsible of the related application.
- Deliver technical design documentation for projects with impact on ISIS.
- Execute development, unit testing and system testing for ISIS requirements
- Follow-up and support for integration and E2E testing
- Second line production support
* Analysis (if necessary): deliver solution architecture document for projects, enhancements, bugs.
* Communicates effectively & pro-actively with peers and management

* Must have a good knowledge of:
o Billing area, ISIS software
o General skills for a senior technical developer/analystoSQL, PL/SQL (it's a must)
* Experience with Systems Integration
* Good knowledge of English (written & spoken), French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
