Description
My Client who are a market leader in their field are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join them in their recruitment team.
Role:
* Organise and manage interview diaries, with Recruiting Managers, Recruitment Agencies and Candidates
* Accurately produce management information reports in candidate pipeline and help present the information to managers on a weekly basis
* Proactively suggest improvement to the recruitment process
* Coordinate collection of relevant information for new starters, eg reference checks
Experience/Skills:
* Recruitment admin experience (in-house role would be beneficial)
* Customer facing skills
* Ability to build relationships with Senior Managers
* Attention to detail
* Good Excel skills
