Manning Global, is urgently looking for a Single RAN UMTS Optimization Engineer – Netherlands for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, to be based in Netherlands on a Contract basis.

Basic Qualification, Skills & Experience:
Good communication skill toward customer and team working attitude.
5+ years UMTS radio optimization experience, LTE optimization experience is plus.
Deeply understand the 3GPP protocol.
Define the optimization strategy.
DT analysis skill is mandatory.
Can work under big pressure and multi culture.
Motivation is mandatory.
Swap experience and vendor system experience are plus.
Good English speaking and writing is mandatory.
Dutch is plus.
