Are you wanting to work for one of the leading Engineering companies based in the U.K.My client is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer based in the North West area.
You will be offered a minimum of a 12 month contract position plus an excellent rate and expenses.
Experience required:
Electrical engineering & design business including, panel
manufacture, site installation works, instrumentation, automation & control
(software i.e. V model) and support & maintenance activities.
- Experience of auditing
- Experience of quality management systems
- Experience in improvement planning
The Role involves:
Maintain existing external accreditation's to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 for all activity disciplines and TickItPlus (Desirable) for software development activities.
Provide specialist advice and guidance on optimum QA/QC processes and quality plans for all development, design, manufacturing and installation processes.
Lead, develop and centrally manage audit schedules for the business.
To assist, where required, on specific project related quality assurance issues. This being, but not limited to, client meetings including to other sites, client audit/surveillance visits, project specific audits.
