Previous experience in a training setting is vital, with an understanding of the nature and dynamics of an NHS environment essential.
You will effectively implement Windows 7 training programmes/methods to achieve best practice in the training and development of new and existing staff.

- Experience in Training is ESSENTIAL
- Recent Experience of Windows 7 Training is ESSENTIAL
- An ability to plan, organise and deliver IT training in accordance with the users needs and availability
- Excellent communication, organisational and motivational skills
- The ability to create comprehensive learning materials to support end user training
- The ability to identify problems and individual learning needs and find solutions
