We are looking for an ICT Quality Coordinator for our ICT Management Support Offices Department." The assignment consists of supporting the strategy to improve the processes and the guidance of ISO9000 certification. Experience in the implementation of quality systems and support certification of ICT organizations> 1000 persons;

Technical and Functional knowledge
  • experience in asset management;
  • Experience in the railway sector;
  • Experience in setting up processes and the implementation of KPIs;
  • Experience in change management and deployment within ICT organizations> 1000 people.


must haves
  • Affinity with quality systems (eg. ISO)
  • Experience in the implementation of quality systems and certification of IT support organizations> 1000 persons;
  • experience in asset management; experience in the railway sector; experience in setting up processes and the implementation of KPIs;
  • Experience in change management within IT organizations et rollout of> 1000 people.
