Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis, review and documentation of business processes and associated requirements relating to management information.
  • Create and manage relevant business models.
  • Work closely with Information and Technology colleagues to ensure that the business process level of the model integrates with the system and data levels.
  • Contribute to the development of all Business Analysis for the department, including the definition, development, implementation and maintenance of business process methodology.

    • Roles:

  • Evaluate roles and responsibilities of Commercial staff in Project Teams
  • Evaluate roles and responsibilities of Financial staff in Project Teams
  • Examine samples of financial information received on projects and determine how this is used (who, what, when etc)/Identify overlaps and areas of conflict/
  • Identify gaps and areas of misunderstanding/Look for examples of best practise and working together
  • Recommend improved ways of working and training opportunities

    • Essential Experience:

    • Knowledge of the commercial industry and also have experience in dealing with financial information plus the personal skill of facilitating working tog
