As our company is rapidly expanding we are looking for Sales Executives who are looking for a career in Sales, Marketing and Customer service. Ideally you will have had some experience within a customer service or sales environment although consideration will be given to those people looking to break in to sales, who have the right interpersonal skills and passion to succeed.
Procom Connections has been established for over 20 years specialising in supporting media owners, event producers, business equipment and services, building, architectural and financial companies. We are based in Knebworth in Hertfordshire, which is local to London and we are luckily right next to the train station, which is great for both clients and recruitment. We pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of the staff we employ and strongly believe in continuously developing and supporting them to be the best that they can be.
Job Description:
- Outbound calling on a Daily Basis
- Updating our own bespoke in-house CRM system as and when required
- Working on Sales based campaigns initially, with the possibility of also engaging in data cleaning/lead generation/registration campaigns
- You will be expected to meet targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Handle all customer objections / questions in a professional manner
Skills Required:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ideally some experience in a Sales role (although not essential)
- Computer literate
- Target orientated
- A strong work ethic and the want to establish themselves within a reputable company
- Driven, determined, focused
- T aking ownership of situations and working efficiently to achieve the desired end result
- Comfortable making outbound calls (This is not cold calling)
