Administration and Troubleshooting Knowledge of Microsoft SCOM
Administration and Troubleshooting Knowledge of HP sitescope.
Support, maintain & monitor Microsoft SCOM
Support, maintain & monitor HP sitescope
Support new rollouts for Microsoft SCOM and HP sitescope
Experience in application response monitoring using HP sitescope.
Good in communication and ITIL process understanding
Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports for status reporting
Monitoring and resolve alerts
