Solution Architect BSS
My client is an international provider of IT and business support services to the telecommunications industry. They are urgently looking for a Solutions Architect with Pre Sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating proposals for 'Application Outsourcing' and 'System Integration'.
* Work with the Account team to explore opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
* Develop strategies for services improvement, carve out technicalities and road map for end to end delivery of BSS/OSS systems and change initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 10 years' experience within the Telecoms domain, or with a System Integrator.
* Experience as a Solution Architect or Pre Sales Consultant.
* Experience of E2E architecture/design.
* Exposure and understanding of sales life cycle and global delivery models.
* Awareness of various TMF frameworks such as eTOM, TAM, SID.
* You must have worked in a multi-cultural environment in a presales role.
* Knowledge of leading COTS platforms in key BSS/OSS domains.
* Previous experience with KPN preferred.
