Mobile Device Management
Seeking an individual for a long term contract opportunity to work with mobile device management. In this role you will manage and deploy smart phones; turn them on, set up and deploy within a corporate environment and provide general troubleshooting of these mobile devices.
This contract will renew for 1 year each year
Required experience:
- Verizon or other carrier experience
- Mobile device management
- Turn on, activate and deployment of smart phones
- Experience working with Mobile Device Management Console
- Device troubleshooting
- Good Customer Service skills
Pluses:
- Experience configuring, supporting and managing devices in a Blackberry, Windows and Android
- Intermediate knowledge of MS productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SharePoint as a User
- Airwatch mobile device management
- Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)Administration
- Ability to manage an extensive support workload
