Communication Strategy Lead - London
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Bank in London as a Communication Strategy Lead.
The role holder will be required to:
- The KYC/CDD programme is implementing a sustainable approach to the mitigation of Anti Money Laundering risks across the Group.
- Anti-Money Laundering refers to the management of the risk that proceeds from criminal activities are transformed into apparently legitimate funds.
- The KYC/CDD Communication & Training Lead will be accountable for leading the group communications driving engagement with the Programme across a large population of diverse stakeholder groups across the life cycle of the project.
- Developing the strategy for group communications, leading the delivery of the resulting group communications programme and supporting the Business Units delivering their communication plans.
- The role holder will also be responsible for overseeing the Group's training strategy, plan and delivery of core materials.
Key skills/experience:
Essential
- Experience in regulatory change environments.
- Financial Crime/FATCA/AML/Sanction/Operations experience
- Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders and proven ability in engaging with and influencing people of all levels within an organisation
- Substantial experience managing complex communications issues within large financial services organisations and/or working within large scale transformation programmes in banking or financial organisation
- Managing consulting background
- Banking background
