Knowledge, experience and expertise (technical skills)
Must have
-Proven Operations & Maintenance experience & expertise with Voice services
- Operations & Maintenance experience & expertise with following systems: R4-MSS (Nokia), MGW (Nokia), HLR (Nokia), STP (Tekelec)
- SS7 Protocol expertise: MAP, CAMEL, ISUP, SIP,
Personal skills
Must have
-Proficient English: writing and Speaking
