For a three month project at our banking client in Zurich we are looking for immediate support in the form of aManagement Consultant Banking: Group Reporting Specialist (2337)
Our client offers:
• A challenging role in the global Group Reporting team, providing transparent and reliable financial information to the Executive Board, the Board of Directors and other stakeholders
• Responsibility for tracking and quality assurance of the reporting processes including escalation and mitigation of issues in collaboration with involved stakeholders across the bank
• Responsibility to drive improvement initiatives based on identified issues
• Close collaboration with divisional and regional finance teams around the globe as well as with subject matter experts in matters such as Capital Management, Treasury and Financial Accounting
• Responsibility for ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Information Design: Active involvement in and lead of projects related to design of new reports, redesign of existing report to reflect changing information requirements
The ideal candidate fulfills the following requirements:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of Management Accounting experience, ideally gained within the Financial Services industry
• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration and/or Finance. Finance qualification such as CMA, CIMA, Chartered Accountancy or equivalent is a plus
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, skills in Essbase a plus
