2nd line support/tech bar/ service desk

A tech bar analyst role has arisen within a insurance client of mine in London. This is a contract role that is looking to last 6 months and will pay up to £18PH.

This is a 2nd line based support role that offers a drop in service for all users and gives face to face support. This will give you the opportunity to meet all technological based staff within a world renowned Insurance company.

The experience that my client is looking for include:

Windows 7, Office 2010 (Outlook and Excel), remote Acess solutions including VPN and citrix, Hardware, configuring peripherals and comfortable with diagnosing issues at a level where reseating components is required, wifi, smartphones (good for enterprise technology, Bitlocker windows encryption, network troubleshooting and monitor cabling/configuration.

My client are looking for an individual that is highly motivated by technology and keen to use own initiative to become knowledgeable on all current and future technology products.
