QA/Test Engineer - 6 month contract - Immediate Start
Our highly enviable multinational organisation in the banking & finance space is looking to recruit a Test Engineer to perform system testing and computer systems validation across a range of technologies and platforms. This is a great opportunity to join one of the most dynamic development and test teams in the country - testing their mortgage applications.
You Will;
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar test role
- Work with a host of business groups from Business Analysts, Developers, Programmers, and End Users to ensure system compatibility, functionality and effectiveness
- Source, develop, implement and maintain manual and automated test procedures and tools for system testing, documentation and environments
- Develop Test Scripts
- Execute test scripts and dieback results
- Contribute to the test automation strategies and projects in order to streamline and shorten the overall testing cycle
- Experience working with IBM Mainframe/Cobol a distinct advantage
