Description
This position will be responsible for the identification, facilitation and implementation of requests which drive changes, additions, and removals of products (devices, accessories, plans, and services) to the web product catalog.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination of catalog change requests for the various products housed in the database
- Manages the workflow, meets deadlines, and handles multiple jobs/projects simultaneously
- Tracks and monitors job progress from inception to completion. Oversees and makes sure timelines are being followed for multiple projects. Shifts priorities and make judgment calls quickly to ensure deadlines are met.
- Proactively communicates status of projects to product owners and key stakeholders as needed, and manages deliverable/launch expectations with all product owners.
- Identifies opportunities to improve the web site and validates that the web site provides a great customer experience.
- QA/Maintenance of site to ensure all offers, pricing, and product info is current
- Provide deployment documentation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases via user stories and acceptance criteria. Be present during daily/ad hoc product launches/releases as needed (outside normal business hours on occasion)
- Recommend and support new or improved departmental or workflow procedures as needed.
- Verify, approve and sign-off on behalf of the business team for each database or configuration tool enhancement as necessary
Functional/Technical Skills
- Understanding of web design/development concepts and processes
- Understanding of database architecture and relationships
- Ability to work in both an Agile/Scrum and Waterfall type methodologies simultaneously across multiple teams
- Partner with both onshore and offshore teams to coordinate development and implementation activities.
- Time management and organizational skills (''multi-tasking'') a must.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team atmosphere, in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with function/differences of HTML, XML, Flash & ASP (this is a 'nice' to have)
- Familiarity with CQ5 (or other enterprise type content mgmt systems and Cloud technologies/infrastructure (this is a nice' to have)
- Familiarity with SharePoint and JIRA (this is a nice' to have)
- BA/BS Required
- 1-2 years of experience working with a database or catalog connected to a website
- 1-2 years of experience working with various operating systems including (but not limited to): iOS, Android, Windows mobile as well as all Microsoft, Android and Apple tablet/desktop systems.
- 3+ years of Internet/Web Industry experience, preferably eCommerce
- 3+ years project management, business analysis or UAT test lead experience
- Application Support, SQL knowledge or IT web development experience a plus
- SQL querying and reporting
