Description

Selected individual will work closely with the client to configure the Quality Management System software and integrate with other existing applications/platforms (ex, Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc).

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist Manager of Change Management and others in developing various reporting tools
  • Configure software, develop requirements, and identify sources of inputs (such as nature and driver of change, nonconformance root causes, safety violations)
  • Develop/program other software or applications to support broader quality and safety initiatives
  • Review and test program changes to ensure program/software will perform according to Quality and Safety Departments' requirements
  • Review and normalize data related to quality management and safety to allow for detailed analysis
  • Recommend program improvements or corrections to software, user interface and integration points with other programs
  • Interface with client and other organizations (PMO, software vendors, etc.,) to successfully complete assigned activities
  • Provide data input analysis focused on quality and safety items.
  • Complete (build/test) data reports to support Quality and Safety Departments.
  • Assist in testing and developing new metrics as required.
  • Participate in committees as needed
  • Other activities as required to support the Quality and Safety Departments
Skills:
  • Administration: Maintain keyword lists, Reassign documents, Reroute documents, Change field values
  • Employee support (Q&A): Basic training (how to navigate, search, exc.), Update templates (Office Integration), Maintain portal profiles (Dashboards), Timely review log for issues, Index/re-index forms, Documentation review (Reliance Release Notes, IQs, Manuals), Prepare supporting documentation, Software support/maintenance renewal
  • Configuration: Form design/alterations, View design/alterations, Workflow design/alterations, Report creation, Coding of advanced logic, Connection profiles (used to connect to external systems), Data source changes (SQL), Meetings to discuss possible changes
    Business analysis, design, documentation, Importing users/keywords/documents, Promotions (moving new change from Dev to Production), Testing system changes, Configure mail profiles, Configure system escalations, Upgrade collaboration, Server updates
  • Security: Add new employees to the system, Create groups, Group management, Reset passwords, Verifying security controls, Maintain User Profile information, Inactivate accounts
SKILLS:

Education:
  • BS, or equivalent, in computer software/programming related field.
  • Experience in evaluating business needs and shaping IT architecture to support solution
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the quality field or utilizing quality tools
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in computer software programming and development, preferably in all stages of the development life cycle
  • Formal training and/or certification in quality preferred.
  • Must possess a strong software/technology background with the demonstrated ability to work with people.
