Senior Quantity Surveyor/Civils/Excellent Rate
GCS Construction/Contract/Manchester/North West
GCS Recruitment is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a key client to assist with Civil projects including the design and build of sub-station's across the North West. My client is a well-established family run Building, Civil Engineering & Utilities Company working with private and public clients on projects up to around £2-3million.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:
- Experienced in projects involving reinforced concrete
- Working knowledge of NEC3 Contracts
- Ability to undertake site measures when required
- Ability to work clearly and accurately under pressure and tight timescales
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills
