Our client is a global pharmaceutical company and they are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Services Manager to act as a Strategic Partner to the business units in the areas of Commercial Optimisation, Field Force deployment, Incentive Compensation, Segmentation and Targeting, Data Management and Reporting.

The successful candidate will have strong business acumen across the markets with in depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the SMS area. They will partner with the business through the local planning processes to define and implement SMS approaches that support the Business units' strategies and tactics.

The role will be to meet local, regional and global needs ensuring both requirements of the business and the Global Commercial Operations priorities are met. Working in a Matrix organisation, this role requires strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and lead cross functional teams.
Experience in an international environment with strong change management and communication skills will be required.

Skills required:

Solid Commercial Operations experience
Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Market business acumen
Understanding of legal/compliance requirements
Understanding of performance/motivation management
Influencing & negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex projects in a cross-functional environment
Supplier management experience
