Management of tickets

Your profile
Qualification in IT area
At least 1 years’ experience in IT support
Excellent technical knowledge of Windows and MS Office
Strong knowledge of software installation methodologies, networks, peripheral devices, issue and incident management
A good command of languages (English + German), written and spoken is a must
Customer service oriented (excellent relationship and good presentation)
