I am urgently requiring a Complaints Manager for a 3 month post in the South West.

You must be very focused on drafting responses for the Complainant whilst making sure the PR for the organisation stays in tact.

Must have experience in working with backlogs and very high volumes of complaints and have good skills with Excel.
