Computer Futures are currently looking for a Senior C# Developer to join a key client based in GlasgowReporting directly to the IT Director your role will be fundamental to the successful day to day operations of the organisation. The company's practice management system is written in .NET4 in addition to this the company also uses a document management system which is also .NET based and multiple Microsoft SQL databases.
It will be your role to be able to fully configure all elements of these systems along with supporting them and ensuring that regular maintenance is carried out so that the systems work at an optimal level and are strategically aligned to the needs of the company.
You will also be required to make business decisions on the direction of the company software and analyse business requirements.

Object Orientated Programming (OPP)

Key responsibilities
Ensure that all SQL databases are configured in order to ensure maximum performance
Undertake regular maintenance on all SQL databases
Take ownership of all SQL backups
Undertake firm wide Business Analysis in order to determine the needs of the users and then create specifications which can be used to design and create workflows across both the PMS & DMS platforms
Take overall responsibility for all aspects of the configuration and maintenance of both the PMS & DMS
The salary for this role is paying between £40,000 - £50,000 and offers a great benefits package that includes pension and healthcare.
