Our client is a nationally well known financial services organisation based in the heart of the Sydney CBD that can offer a great working environment and state of the art offices. They are currently seeking two (2) experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developers on an initial 6 month contract basis to join their friendly and hard-working team!
In this role, you will be responsible for building and supporting critical applications such as Oracle 11i RDBMS and PL/SQL. You will be working along-side the project development team and develop well-written, efficient PL/SQL solutions!
To be considered for this role you will require the following background and experience:
- Strong experience in PL/SQL coding abilities; Oracle 11g
- Strong background in Oracle SQL development
- Great understanding of the principles of database design, concurrency and issues effecting performance and scalability in a high volume Oracle OLTP environment
- Competence with Unix/Linux operating system and Shell Scripting
