Our client is a nationally known financial services organisation who are currently looking for an experience System Engineer to join their forward-thinking team. This opportunity is an initial 6 months contract based at their state-of-the-art offices based in the heard of Sydney Olympic Park!
Our client has recently intorduced Splunk into their organisation and are looking for someone to assist in the backlog of applications onto their system. In this role, overall, you will be required to perform bottom to top level support as well as get involved in project based work. You will be part of a team of five (5) other engineers who specialise in working with Splunk for the organisation.
To be considered for this role, you willhave the following background and experience:
- Experience in large scale corporate environments and mission critical systems
- Previous experience working with Splunk at the hands-on engineer level
- Strong background in working with Linux related technology
- Systems management processes knowledge and experience
