Description
Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager you will be responsible for detailed planning of the Production group from a workload, budgeting and infrastructure perspective. Join a dedicated team focused on creating accurate forecasts and managing resource planning schedules for a large IT business.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have 2 years experience as a Forecast Analyst together with an excellent grasp MS Excel and some exposure to SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Short, mid and long term forecasting
- Scheduling and resource modelling
- Manage forecast variables and change requests
- Analysis and report development
- Performance reporting
Key Requirements:
- Strong excel skills - intermediate to advanced
- Demonstrated ability in a workforce planning/resource management role
- Well developed analytical ability
- Strong numerical skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or maths would be highly regarded.
