Service Delivery Manager
Location: Barcelona
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: 400 to 450 Euros
Montash was engaged with an international industry leading insurance agency for the role of a Service Delivery Manager in Barcelona, as well as time in London. The financial agency has over 100 year of experience. Our client is looking for someone to manage customer relationships, also to interact with team members, and suppliers.
MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS EXPERINCE UNDER THE TITLE OF SERVICE DELVIERY MANAGER/CONSULTANT
Skills Required
Must execute impeccable communication skills and management skills
Experience of SLAs negotiations with 3rd party vendors
Experience must encompass project delivery and technology roles in financial services or related industries.
Must have leadership experience providing services for multiple global and large businesses
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, ITIL and SLAs
ECM technical knowledge is highly valuated.
