We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join Edinburgh College on a maternity cover basis.

In this post you will support the development and delivery of an effective and integrated marketing strategy which builds on the College's profile and reputation, promotes its vision and values, and supports the delivery of its strategic and operational objectives.

Major tasks / Job Activities include:

· Management of marketing, web and design teams.

· To promote the college, it's courses, services and facilities to target markets

· Build awareness of the brand and sub brands with target audiences

· Develop and implement effective strategic marketing plans to support achievement of enrolment and commercial income targets.

· Plan and oversee development of the College web site and digital marketing activities

· Plan and oversee the management and implementation of external events

· Manage external agencies

· Manage the overall development and production of brand aligned marketing materials

· Manage the planning and allocation of resources for marketing projects

· Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness of marketing activities and

produce regular reports to monitor effectiveness and return on investment.

You will also be responsible for leading and managing the planning and delivery of team activities and services with effective service management.

To be successful in this role you will possess a Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, have proven experience of managing a team, be a competent project manager, demonstrate extensive experience of broad based marketing management and CRM and have a natural flair for creativity with excellent writing skills and innovative ideas.
