Whitebridge Group the specialist Performance Management Consultancy are looking for an experienced Communications Manager/Lead to coordinate and deliver internal and external communications for a major HR and Finance IT transformation programme. Reporting to the head of business change for this programme the successful applicant will be required to own the communications planning, material development and develop the communications strategy and standards required for the programme.

Key tasks will include:

  • Develop and manage communications plans that integrate with overall project plans

  • Work closely with the Business Change team to drive stakeholder management activity

  • Develop high quality communications materials and presentations

  • Organise and presents at events, workshops and other sessions

  • Promote sharing of success stories and activities to celebrate success

  • Develop key links to Corporate Comms and the Transformation team and other communications teams for all external communications

  • Propose/follow a communications delivery and sign-off process to ensure consistent coherent messages

  • Actively monitor and collate feedback received to improve ongoing communication activity

Key experience will include a proven track record of working with change communications, stakeholder management at all levels, and exposure to large scale projects spanning multiple locations.
