A Cisco Voice Consultant (Cisco UCCE, Cisco UCCX) is urgently needed for a long term freelance project based in Rotterdam by one of the leading IT consultancies in the world. As the Lead Cisco Voice Consultant you will be you will be accountable for Designing, installing, implementing, administering, and maintaining voice systems.
Initial 6 months contract that is very likely to be extended.
Technical Skills required:
- Expertise in design, provisioning, and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager Enterprise & Cisco Unity Connection
- Expertise with SIP based protocols and Session Boarder controllers
- Expertise with Cisco UCCX/UCCE design, provisioning and troubleshooting
- Expertise with voice systems including dial configuration and network routing
- Experience with Cisco Emergency Responder E-911 system design, provisioning and troubleshooting
- Experience with Cisco routing & switching technologies
- Experience in working with Onshore/Offshore teams
