ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Operational Change Delivery (60%)
-Work with key stakeholders across the business and with suppliers (as appropriate) to ensure implementation of change, including new initiatives and products.
-Serve as a point of reference for areas of the Business regarding specialist knowledge eg: operational processes
-Review design changes arising from external sources and from stakeholders within Banking Global COO.
-Examine proposed system, process, and procedural changes to determine impact on existing infrastructure and to identify potential synergies
-Project manage the implementation of projects and changes across the department, leading cross-functional work-streams where required
-Recommend potential improvements to management team using management information and data to support recommendations
-Conduct user acceptance testing as required
-Deliver timely and accurate business requirements and operational process and procedural design
-Recommend improvements to the project and small change processes, owning recommendations and actioning as appropriate
-Raise change requests as needed to progress agreed changes to design
-Log, monitor and control Change Requests ensuring good stewardship and cost control.

Project Management and Benefits Realisation (30%)
-Produce project briefs, impact assessments, gap analyses, and handover documents as required.
-Identify and recommend action to resolve risks and issues
-Effectively track and report progress against project plan timelines and identified benefits
-Manage any issues arising and identify any dependencies and interfaces with other initiatives
-Contribute to meeting the cost challenges associated with the organisation
-Work with business sponsors, Business Solutions, and other key partners to define contact centre requirements driven out of change projects.
-Work with the Change Managers to produce and deliver contact centre implementation plans.
-Design and implement process and procedural changes.
-Partner with Training and Quality to design materials which support the delivery of change
-Support the Operational Change Manager in reporting on plan progress

Relationship Management & Team Building (10%)
-Build and maintain effective working relationships with Operations Management and key stakeholders across the business to ensure awareness of other change programmes that may impact the business
-Be a role model of the Banking Behaviours within your team, doing things wholeheartedly, communicating with passion and enthusiasm, embracing change as a way of working
-Understand, own and bring to life the Banking Vision, Brand and Customer objectives.
-Pursue your own development to increase personal effectiveness, acknowledging strengths and areas of development.
