For a three month project at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for an experienced

Senior Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis within Banking (2349)

Key activities/responsibilities may include:

- Support the Group Performance Measurement team in delivering critical outputs including Group Forecast and Executive reporting
- Collaborate closely with senior divisional stakeholders (IB & PBWM finance teams, Corporate development, Risk, Capital management etc.) Enable close co-ordination, communication and constructive review and challenge of financial performance
- Support the analysis of Group plan financials, Group and divisional forecast results, including review and challenge, and feasibility assessment of Divisions meeting targets
- Analyze actual performance and prepare insightful supplementary analysis and comments to explain performance
- Communication of Group wide timelines, requirements and deliverables
- Support development of a strategic Group forecasting and performance measurement operating model, covering organization, process and technology

Your qualification:

- Strong financial management/controlling background with Financial planning and analysis experience
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to review large data sets and synthesize information to draw insightful conclusions
- Effective presentation skills (written and verbal). Attention to detail a must
- Strong commercial acumen in Financial services-banking preferable, both other financial experience considered
- Flexible approach and can-do attitude
