We are currently looking for a Migration lead who will transition a migration from Servicenow to a Remedy application environment.We are looking for expereince with IT Service Management - Application Migration Lead, ideally to have around 8 years experience with this background.
Skills and experience we are searching for include:
BMC Remedy AR System, ITSM 8.1, SRM, CMDB, IT Service Management, ITIL
Deployment and maintenance experience in BMC ITSM Suite, CMDB, SRM
Working knowledge of ITSM customization's
Integration with discovery and monitoring tools. Experience in e-bonding, web services integration
Experience in configuration in server group, load balancing is added advantage
Knowledge in Service Now is added advantage
Lead the team and take delivery responsibility for smooth migration from Servicenow to BMC Remedy ITSM 8.1 suite
Understand and analyze the existing ITSM application functionality & its integration
Prepare migration approach and deployment plan to adapt to Remedy ITSM 8.1 application from existing ITSM application
Prepare detailed solution to map the existing ITSM functionality to Remedy 8.1 feature, integrate with monitoring tools and vendor ITSM applications
Provide capacity requirements based on change in user base, customization's and integrated systems
