Description
We are currently looking for a ITIL Process Consultant for one of our clients.Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Perform Gap Analysis & develop To-Be Future State recommendations
Analyze business and IT processes, and develop To-Be Process Design
Facilitate Working Group reviews of new processes & obtain buy-in
Use frameworks such as CMMi, TMMi, ITIL, Agile, BABOK to design To-Be Future State Recommendations and processes
Use frameworks such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean to drive Process Improvement projects
Manage medium- to large- project teams including client stakeholders
Perform business analysis, and create Requirements Document
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for project track
Recommend tools to be used for automation of new Processes
Your personal experience / background:
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Service Management domain
3-4 years of experience with process design and implement
Experience with atleast three of the list below:
ITIL framework
Business process improvement
User Acceptance Testing
Project Management
CMMi Framework
Process documentation and Training
Minimum ITIL Intermediate training (Service Transition and Operations)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
